Rack or Barrel
This process is normally performed on a racking line. A barrel line is an option for high volume smaller parts.

Special Treatment
A range of special treatment options are available. For bright dipping a popular option is sealing.

Maximum Size
The plating tank size is 8 x 2.5 x 3 ft. Maximum size for the barrel line is also 8 x 2.5 x 3 ft.

Range from flash (less than one-tenth) to 1 thou (0.001 inch)
