Processes
The following is our standard range of metal finishing processes. Follow the links for product selection:
- Electroless Nickel – This is an auto-catalytic process during which nickel is evenly deposited over the surface of the base metal.
- Plating on Aluminum – This process involves preparation of aluminum surfaces to accept plating.
- Cadmium – During this electrolytic process, cadmium metal is deposited on the base metal surface.
- Copper – During this electrolytic process copper metal is deposited onto the surface of the metal part.
- Bright Dip – This process involves cleaning and passivating of non-ferrous surfaces.
- Zinc – During this electrolytic process zinc metal is deposited onto the surface of the base metal.
- Nickel – During this electrolytic process nickel is deposited onto the base metal surface.
- Passivating – This is a cleaning process used only for cleaning the surface of stainless steel.
- Powder Coat – During this process a chemical powder is baked onto the surface of the base metal.
- Silver – During this electrolytic process silver metal is deposited onto the surface of the base metal.
- Tin – During this electrolytic process, tin is deposited onto the surface of the base metal.
